CFT EUI REFS 2013 003 LOTTO B , The conclusion of the contract for the provision of maintenance services LOT A must ensure the continuity. of the activities of the Institute and , the maintaining of safety and security for buildings and infrastructure . the minimisation of resolution times for breakages and related emergencies . the lengthening of the useful life of the facilities . The objectives of signing the contract for the building works and labour supply Lot B as well as to ensure. the continuity of the activities are , increase the safety of the buildings . improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the work environment . adjusting of buildings according to current standards . Participation in tendering process has been separated for the two lots and as such specific requests must. be submitted to participate complete with all necessary documents and specific technical offers and.
